History
CC&S was founded in 1986 by two architects and one engineer. From the beginning our Mission has been to deliver innovative, comprehensive designs as cost-effectively as possible. As a result of our commitment to provide quality designs efficiently, our firm has grown steadily over the years. At present our firm employs multiple architects, engineers, designers and support staff. Our expanded staff is equipped with a diverse set of skills and experience.
We work extensively throughout the Midwest region and carry professional licensure in several states. The majority of our clients are repeat or referrals - a testimony of the great service we provide.
Our portfolio includes, industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, retail, educational, and church facilities.
